When I set out to create the Polygon Conference visual identity, I wanted to capture the essence of Austin, TX. I knew it wasn’t just about visuals—it was about embodying the city’s soul. Austin is a place where creativity thrives, where music fills the air, and where bold colors and quirky details tell stories of a community that celebrates individuality.
I started by diving into Austin’s unique energy—exploring its murals, live music scenes, and local hotspots. This immersion helps me understand the heartbeat of the city and the stories it wants to tell. Design is a conversation, and I love collaborating with other creatives to refine concepts. I talked with local artists and community members to ensure the designs felt authentic and inclusive.
